So let's define socialism, around which the Democrats seem to be circling their wagons!.
What does socialism mean in simple terms?
Socialism is an economic and political system based on public or collective ownership of the means of production, which emphasizes equality rather than achievement. Karl Marx was a 19th century philosopher, author and economist famous for his ideas about capitalism and communism.
So the United States of America has built the strongest country in terms of liberty and prosperity for the last 200 years embracing capitalism, where people work hard and build the life they want.
Now a socialist who has never had a real job but in the world of politics has become a millionaire, proclaims that the same country who made him a millionaire should suddenly change so he can become president, to a system where real people with real jobs should provide for those who choose not to work. So will they all go into politics then and become millionaires? Someone has to work to provide the goods and the services that we all need every day. Will a country of Bernie Sanders provide us with the quality of life we have today?
Wake up America. We did not fight two world wars and the Cold War to be taken in by the socialists and the Communists!
